This is how I lost 2 and a half stone.
After a slipped disc, neuphrotic syndrome, under active thyroid and grade 4 endometriosis affected me over the years , sometimes you can feel so poorly you are lucky to make it out of bed never mind to the gym and unfortunately at times this was my reality especially before my endometriosis surgery!
I spent years at well known diet clubs , with an over active thyroid i was at a disadvantage anyway, the times I failed was absolutely heart breaking!
So when during lock down I saw a course on the Psychology of Eating I jumped at the chance to do this!
I got a distinction and now want to share what has helped me!
Sessions are 30 minutes long , and are done by telephone
