When I was younger, I suffered with severe panic attacks—sometimes I couldn’t even see, hear, or speak properly when they hit.
Fight or flight would kick in, and I’d have to get out of wherever I was fast.
My life shrank and I became depressed.
Daily anxiety took hold. I barely slept, and I’d wake each morning with a knot of dread in my tummy.
My neck and back were in constant pain from how I held myself—tense and exhausted.
The bags under my eyes were not a sight to behold!
I just wasn’t looking after me.
But I was determined not to let it defeat me.
So I started researching solutions—books on holistic therapies, balance, and self-care.
I discovered:
Aromatherapy
Massage
Reflexology
Reiki
Mindfulness
Facials
Gradually, the panic attacks faded. The anxiety was so much better and my depression lifted - I changed my lifestyle—and changed my life.
Eventually, I trained in holistic therapies myself and later qualified as a:
Holistic therapist
Hypnotherapist
Life Purpose Coach
Mindfulness Coach
I became a herbal-tea-sipping, meditating massage therapist…
I used to be a perfectionist who gave myself a hard time.
But through learning about holistic healing, I became kinder to myself.
And that changed everything.
Now, after 30 years of experience, I still feel lucky every single day.
I get to help others find peace, ease, and less pain too!
This work has allowed me to treat Entrepreneurs, Carers, Retired ladies and some times Celebrities.
I have also worked alot in the Music Industry.
I have also been lucky enough to train one on one with Claire Hanson who is Lionel Richie's PA for the MACH team.
I also worked on board 5 star cruise liners travelling around the world as a massage therapist.
Also in 5 Star Spas.
