Leaving stress behind like the lotus growing out from the mud and blooming..

 Phase 1: The Roots (Feet and Lower Legs)
The lotus begins in the mud, mirroring the Root Chakra (Muladhara). I will Focus on this area first to establish stability.
• Techniques: Using slow, deep, compressing downward strokes with my palms & reflexology balancing techniques 
• Benefit: Relieves physical tension, reduces anxiety, and grounds the nervous system.

 Phase 2: The Stem (Back and Spine)
The stem grows through water, acting as the channel of energy. This aligns with the Solar Plexus, Heart, and Throat chakras.
• Techniques: Use fluid, rhythmic, upward effleurage (sliding strokes) along the spine.
• Benefit: Encourages energy flow, opens the chest, and mimics the fluid movement of water.

 Phase 3: The Blossom (Crown, Face, and Head)
The lotus opens at the surface, mirroring the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara). Ending the session here for spiritual awakening & or glowing skin & relaxed scalp.
• Techniques: Using gentle, opening, circular finger strokes on the scalp, temples, and jaw.
• Benefit: Induces deep mental relaxation, releases facial tension, and leaving you the client feeling enlightened, refreshed , like a blooming beautiful peaceful Lotus
